NAIJA INDIE

Terms

Last updated 7 October 2026

Naija Indie is free to use. By using the site or listing a game, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short.

Playing games

Games listed here are made and run by their makers, on their own sites and stores. We link to them, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for what happens there. Check a game's own terms before you pay for anything or share your details.

Listing a game

  • You must have made the game, or have the right to list it for the people who did.
  • The game must be made in Nigeria or by Nigerian developers.
  • No gambling, betting or real-money prizes, nothing unsafe for young players, nothing that copies someone else's work, and nothing that misleads players.
  • Keep your listing accurate. You can edit it any time from your maker dashboard.

You keep all rights to your game, its name, art and videos. By listing it, you let us show them on Naija Indie, make share banners from them, and use them to promote your game, including on our X account. This lasts until your game is removed.

Removing games

You can unlist your game yourself at any time from the maker dashboard. We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules, has a broken link, or that we have good reason to think is unsafe or isn't yours. We'll tell you why when we can.

Play counts and likes

Plays, likes and rankings are counted as fairly as we can and are shown as they are. Don't try to inflate them. We may remove counts or listings that we believe were faked.

No guarantees

We run Naija Indie as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or the games listed on it.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Questions? Reply to any email from us or message @indiegamesng.
